Day 1 Arrive Hanoi
On arrival to Hanoi Airport you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel, the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2 Hanoi
Full day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the traditional stilt house, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. This afternoon enjoy a traditional water puppet show and a cycle ride through the old quarter of Hanoi, this evening at leisure.
Day 3 Hanoi – Halong Bay
Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay where you arrive around noon. Board a traditional wooden junk and begin your exploration of magical Halong Bay. An excellent, fresh seafood lunch and dinner will be served on board. Overnight onboard the comfortable and charming junk.
Day 4 Halong Bay
Today, continue your exploration of the bay on kayaks with a visit to Sung Sot cave, later in the day take a tender to Viet Hai, Cat Ba National Park, lunch and dinner will be on board.
Day 5 Halong Bay – Hanoi
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the aquamarine water of the bay at its best. After breakfast and an early swim, the junk continues to cruise quietly through spectacular limestone formations enjoy lunch on board before returning to Hanoi. On arrival check into your deluxe hotel, the evening at leisure.
Day 6 Hanoi - cooking class
Today cook up a storm with your Vietnamese chef learning the art of chili and spices in a cooking class. Your afternoon will be at leisure to do any last minute shopping.
Day 07: Depart Hanoi
Your journey concludes after breakfast a transfer is arranged to take you to the airport to join your own flight home.
